Requirements:

Must be U.S. Citizen.
Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent
Must have a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice (CO)
BLS Certificate
COVID-19 Vaccine

Start date: 

• 10/2/2023

Assignment Duration:  

• 13 weeks

Schedule:

• Day 5x8-Hour (0800 - 1700)
   

• Reliably transportation is required and expected for commuting to and from the work site.
